The Overall Winner is awarded to the deer that scores closest to or most exceeds the minimum requirements for BOONE & CROCKETT in the category of TYPICAL OR NONTYPICAL.
MINIMUM FOR TYPICAL = 170"
MINIMUM FOR NONTYPICAL = 195"

The top 10 overall winners receive Big Buck Classic Jackets.   This is determined by the same procedure as the deer scoring closest to the minimum requirement for Boone & Crockett, as in the 170 for typical and 195 for nontypical.

HONOR ROLL RIBBONS to all deer scoring 130+ Typical & 155+ NonTypical

ALL YOUTH RECEIVE RIBBONS and are called on stage during awards.

Best of Show - A mount deemed "Most Impressive" by the judging committee  may be from any year, must be a white-tailed deer, and should be mounted appropriately.
Best of Show now includes 2 categories - A winner is selected for both Arkansas and Out of State. The winner in each category recieves a plaque.

Best New Buck - Any Boone & Crockett white-tailed deer from previous years that is scored for the first time at the Classic is eligible.
